Professional learning needs to be driven by student and teacher needs, rooted in high quality research evidence and have a measurable impact. That is why Leading Learning works with schools to develop coaching, lesson study and action research. We have extensive experience of running in-school staff training or bespoke courses on a range of pupil learning needs as well as using our ‘lead learners’ programme to promote the effective leadership and facilitation of professional learning.
Leading Learning believes that consistently high quality teaching requires excellent school leadership. That is why we coach school leaders to improve their effectiveness and provide a comprehensive programme of support for middle leaders. Our school improvement services can also enhance school self-evaluation by providing high quality evidence, challenge and support.
